In light of the recent uncertainty surrounding the outbreak of COVID-19, we want to reach out to our community to let you know about the steps we are taking to help you through this difficult time.

 

As a wealth management company, our business will continue as usual.

 

We are carefully following the guidance given by the government and NHS. We have, in the past few weeks, smoothly moved to home working for the wellbeing of our clients, employees and partners. We have measures in place to keep our switchboard operational and maintain high level of customer service. You can:

 

  • Call or email our investor relation team as usual and we will respond to your queries as prompt as possible.

 

  • Use online secured e-signing system for our agreement or contract.

 

  • Send us photographs or scans of your personal documents for compliance and administrative purposes such as new clients’ background check.

 

  • Send us instructions relate to tax year activities, such as ISA or pension subscription. Please give us enough notice in advance to ensure deadline are met.

 

We understand the volatility of the market at the moment brings stress to our investors. Our investment team is working round the clock monitoring your portfolio, and has the ability to take actions swiftly to protect your capital. To keep you updated about your account, we will:

 

  • Send you your asset valuation every month end and upon request.

 

  • Arrange video conferences to communicate with you about your portfolio. Further details will be released in April.

 

  • Keep you informed with what we are doing and thinking more often.

 

Our investment philosophy of delivering diversification, liquidity and balance between risk and return has remained unchanged. We have been investing in well-established businesses with strong debt paying ability and resilience especially in difficult situations, including technology companies which are receiving increasing demand in online working support, retail companies that are providing the most essential supplies for our society, and also insurance and pharmaceutical companies that have become more recognisable than ever before as people are paying lots of attention to health and safety of themselves and their loved ones.

 

Finally, we would like to remind you again that you need to be vigilance to financial frauds at this period of time. Please do not open any email or link sent by accounts you don’t recognise and please do not provide your personal or financial details to any unverified company or individual.
