Ark Investment Management is proud to support the Women in Finance Charter, as part of our commitment to diversity and inclusion and the progression of women within Ark Investment Management Ltd.

 

As of 1st July 2023, we have 67% female representation in senior management. We, as a business founded by 50% female co-founders, aim to maintain over 50% women in senior management team and eliminate the gender pay gap in the long term.

 

We also aim to encourage more young female professionals to join the finance industry by ensuring there are more female candidates on longlists or shortlists for senior roles, providing regular mentoring to female employees and introducing programmes to support the career development of women.
